2002 chevy impala mass air flow sensor problems

I've checked voltage & resistance on EGR, MAF, IAC, fuel injectors, coils and all were normal.

I also replaced the fuel filter prior to it going to the shop. I found corrosion on one ignition coil tower so replaced the coil, as well as the plugs & wires. I tried unplugging the MAF sensor and tapping the IAC valve, but it will still die. But I checked the fuel pressure as well and it stays within the normal range, even when it idles rough. From reading here and talking to others I suspected fuel pump or MAF sensor. Got it home and was right back to the same dying routine. Took it to a shop, they checked fuel pressure (normal) and replaced the ignition switch and thought it was fixed.

I've plugged in an OBDII scanner but found no codes. Once I was going 50mph on the highway and it lost power with the pedal on the floor it did 10mph for a minute then ran really rough and died. Sometimes it idles rough before quitting. No warning, no lights (except low coolant). 2001 3.8L (ex-cop) runs fine for about 15 minutes then just dies once the engine warms up (above 190°).
